June Reminds us How to Treat Each Other

Happy Sunday my friends,

As we prepare to enter into the month of June and look forward to the warm summer months (sorry Australia), I am reminded of the tremendous progress AAvirtual has made in supporting diversity in flight simulation. We have made a concerted effort to ensure individuals from our membership of all backgrounds are represented throughout our organization and the flight simulation community.

I would like to take this time to remind everyone of our group wide Non-Discrimination Policy, which showcases our values and beliefs.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Since our inception in 2018, AAV Group Inc. (“AAV”) has held the position that our communities will encourage the sharing of ideas, cultures, and beliefs among our members. Our communities consist of members from all over the world, which puts AAV in a unique position to share and protect a wide variety of cultures and ideas. As such, we expect our volunteers and members to keep an open mind, respect others’ values, and maintain an awareness of how our actions may affect others. We don’t expect everyone to share the same opinion, however, we do expect that we treat each other with respect, professionalism, and value.

AAV Group Inc provides an equal opportunity to obtain a membership at our organizations. We do not discriminate in membership on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, military service, or other non-merit factors. We take a strong stance on this subject to ensure AAV Group Inc. develops communities that are a safe place for everyone.
